Ace Your VCE with Top Grade
A simple guide to get you started

To create an account, click “Sign Up” and fill in your details to sign up with your email. Alternatively, choose to sign up with a Google or Apple account for fast access.
For returning users, enter your email and password to sign back in, or continue with your Google or Apple account.

When logging in for the first time, you will need to complete the Student Onboarding.
Select the subjects you’re studying this year and choose what you want to focus on right now. This will help the AI tailor your experience and pre-fill your study dashboard with relative content.

To create your own custom notes, click Add Note from your Dashboard.
You can upload a file such as a powerpoint or PDF, paste in plain text or paste a link to a video.
Categorise your custom note to a subject and associate key knowledge areas. This will help make the AI study tools more effective.

Add an upcoming assessment from your Dashboard by clicking “Add Assessment”.
Give it a name and date, and associate it to a subject and key knowledge areas.

Get familiar with your Study Dashboard.
Add tags to a Note by opening the Note options and select “Edit Tags”.
Use the filters at the top of the Dashboard to filter your list of Notes by Subject, Knowledge Areas, Assessments, and Tags.
Link your Notes to an Assessment by clicking on a Note and drag and dropping it onto an Assessment.

Navigate to “Enrolments” in the side bar. From here you can manage your subject enrolments.

Get straight into a quick exam by going to the Questions tab in your note.
Click on practice exam, then click Quick Generate Exam. Choose your options and jump right in.
If you would prefer to curate a custom exam to practice specific questions, select the questions you want from either generated or past exam questions, then click Start Exam.

Use the AI Study Notes tool to generate specific study notes and get the most out of your revision.
Navigate to the AI Notes tool through one of your notes.
Type custom instructions and let the AI do the rest.

Generate flashcards based on your study note and linked knowledge areas.
Go to the Flashcards tab in a note and click generate to generate 10 cards at a time.
Begin a session with 10 cards.
Click a card to flip to the back and see the answer.
Let the AI know how you did so it can tailor future Flashcard reviews to your current knowledge.

Access the AI Tutor Chat while in a note. Click on the chat icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Ask any questions related to the current study note. The AI-powered tutor will provide clear, step-by-step guidance to help you tackle challenging topics in real-time.
